DonorsChoose is a nonprofit that operates a crowdfunding platform for public school teachers to fundraise for various classroom needs.

Although Donorschoose is well-known organization and has to date funded over 1.3 million classroom projects, the brand was in need of a visual overhaul. My team and I developed a visual language centered around the classroom as a space full of endless possibilities. The new logotype was engineered by Frere-Jones Type, and conveys a sense of playfulness while also holding its ground. The mark is accompanied by an illustration library activating a sense of wonder found in the classroom.
